About the Role
The Accounting Manager role will be responsible for leading the Accounting team, as well as serving as a people manager to new employees. This role will be responsible for the onboarding of new staff, personal development and career advice coaching, as well as performance compliance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a corporate environment in a managerial-level role
15+ years of Accounting experience overall minimum required
Experience managing teams and providing managerial support to new team members
